Cancellation and withdrawal

No login is required. Enter the contract account email address and the contract reference from your Billing page or confirmation. Your declaration and a downloadable confirmation are provided immediately.

Cancellation

Cancel contracts here

Choose ordinary or extraordinary cancellation and the requested termination date. The confirmation states the date that was actually confirmed.

You can find the UUID under Manage subscription or in your confirmation.
Type of cancellation

If the requested date is not contractually possible, the cancellation applies alternatively at the earliest possible date. The confirmation states the actual confirmed termination date.

Voluntary 14-day withdrawal right

Withdraw from contract

A timely withdrawal ends access immediately. The first payment is refunded in full to the original payment method.

VeloLoad is exclusively for businesses. The withdrawal function implements the right voluntarily granted in the VeloLoad terms; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
